There are so many joints in the human body that it would be nearly impossible to not aggravate at least one and have pain in joints. One of the more common joints to injure is the shoulder. Shoulder tendonitis can be caused by any repetitive motion or injury from exercise or sports which causes the surrounding structures to pinch the tendon. When shoulder tendonitis is diagnosed as the reason for pain in the joint, it refers to the rotator cuff and/or the bicep.
The tendonitis can refer to anything from a mild inflammation to a more serious pain in the rotator cuff that could require physical therapy. This would happen if the rotator cuff tendon became inflamed or thickened, making it possible to get stuck under the acromion. This is called impingement syndrome. Pain in joints can be healed through joint therapy, or by using a natural anti inflammatory that allows the tendon to heal.
